Upon my arrival, the gentleman who appeared to be working solo was somewhat rude. I did wait an additional 7-10 minutes after my original 15 but no big deal...
Today we ordered our usual plus 2 Italian subs and was quoted 15 mins for pickup.
Usually when we order our Ronny Specials & Antipasto salad the quality is great...

Great place, but it sure would be nice if your Conneaut store closed earlier than hours listed here, if the website could reflect that. Wasted my time trying to call and call with no answer. Please fix this so your customers know your actual hours.
Once I got everything home, none of the sandwiches were marked to indicate what was what, the salad was GIANT chunks of lettuce, ripped apart salami, thick cut unripe tomatoes & kind of just thrown into the container. ALL 4 subs were extremely dry, I asked for additional toppings in which I only had 1 of the 2 requested. Normally the subs are cut into 3 equal parts and ALL 4 were slightly cut in half. The meat was sparse & really just untasteful.
Really good food, worth the price.

Although I will probably order from this location again in the future, I will be sure to leave another comment if the experience is a repeat of today. VERY DISAPPOINTED!!!
